Payment Terms
To confirm your booking with Himalayan Tour Club, a 20% advance payment is required at the time of reservation. Once the hotel confirmation voucher is shared, an additional 30% payment must be completed. The remaining 50% balance can be conveniently paid upon arrival at your destination. Please note that all airfare and train tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking, as per airline and railway policies.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, which is why we follow a clear and transparent cancellation policy. Once a booking is confirmed, a 25% cancellation charge will apply. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the travel date will incur a 30% fee. If the tour is cancelled up to 4 days before departure, a 70% cancellation charge will be applicable. Cancellations made within 2 days of departure will be subject to a 100% charge. Please note that refunds for train and flight tickets will be processed according to the respective airline or Indian Railway rules.
Refund Policy
Our terms and conditions are designed to provide a smooth and transparent travel experience. All hotel bookings are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply for upgraded room categories. Prices are non-commissionable and may change without prior notice. Any refunds or cancellations will be processed strictly according to the respective hotel, service provider, or company policies, along with applicable government taxes. Please note that refunds will not be applicable for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural events, or political disruptions.

All modification requests must be shared in writing, and any additional charges resulting from the changes will be borne by the traveler.
